Ty Gwyn is a one-of-a-kind holiday cottage boasting stunning sea views, accessed across a beach and located in the rural, coastal village of Rhoscolyn, Sir Ynys Mon (Anglesey).This charming single-storey property rests right on the sand, and with the full Snowdon range visible on clear days, it is the perfect retreat for families, friends, or couples looking to relax and unwind in a picturesque and quiet setting by the sea. Step inside this former oyster catcher’s cottage you will find it full of character and history, with four inviting bedrooms; three doubles and a twin, providing comfortable and restful spaces for all guests to enjoy.
At the front and the back is a lawned garden, perfect for summer barbecues and playing games overlooking the bay. Start your day off by freshening up in either the bathroom or shower room before heading to the well-equipped kitchen to prepare a delicious breakfast spread.
As daylight streams through the windows, gather in the spacious living/dining room, adorned with an open fire for a toasty ambience.Take a break and admire the stunning sea views with wild seals regularly playing in the water just beyond your doorstep.

Ty Gwyn, a single-storey abode, consists of a kitchen with an AGA, microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle, a utility with a washing machine, and a living/dining room with dining seating for six people. The bedrooms include three doubles and a twin which are serviced by a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is a non-enclosed side lawn with picnic bench as well as a public car park plus off-road parking. Two well behaved pets welcome. No smoking at this property. You can find a shop in 3.5 miles, a pub in 0.8 miles and a beach in 0.1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ty Gwyn is a pleasant choice for your stay on the Welsh coast. Note: Direct access to beach and when tide is in, the driveway is not accessible. Please note: You can not arrive on a Friday to this property. Note:This property needs 72 hours advance notice of any booking.
