A Victorian semi detached property resting on the outskirts of the historical village of Conwy with views of Conwy Castle from the master bedroom and from the decking in the garden.
Peaceful and inviting, this retreat is perfect for families looking for a spacious place to relax during their holiday. 18 steps will take you into the accommodation, home to a well equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing those home cooked meals.
A dining area lies close by, laced with wooden features and a large window which fills the room with natural lighting.
Moving round, a sitting room is complete with a wood burner for cosy nights in, and comfortable sofa's where you can enjoy the peace and quiet or watch TV. Admire the views of the garden while resting in the lovely rocking chair.
Walk up the beautiful staircase and you will arrive at three double bedrooms (one with an en-suite), neatly designed with neutral colours and bedside tables which are selectively chosen to compliment each individual room.
The essence of quality is mirrored through and through.
On this floor, a twin bedroom is a great addition to the layout, boasting striped bedding and a cot for a young one to sleep.

Another Great holiday in conwy, house was excellent and very clean the garden was used a lot. The walk down to the village was 5mins and all the restaurants were excellent. We have been to this property many times and we will be back again next year. David Lee and family

Really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to a repeat booking. Parking/unloading difficult when neighbours’ cars are in yard. Matt, the agent, advised where to park just a few minutes away. Freezer grim and needed a defrost and good clean and crockery etc all rather random. Otherwise a good find!

A fantastic property in an ideal location. We had a wonderful stay, despite the poor weather. Beds and furniture were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the garden was ideal for our four legged friend. We will definitely book again in the summer to enjoy the decked area and incredible views of Conwy Castle. Thank you!
