2 The Elms, a first-floor apartment, consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washer/dryer, coffee maker, and access to a balcony, and a living/dining room with Smart TV and dining table. The bedrooms consist of a double and child's bunk bed. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a small patio courtyard and a balcony with furniture and glimpses of the estuary, plus designated off-road parking for 1 small/medium sized car. One well-behaved pet welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.2 miles, river 0.4 miles, beach 1 mile. Stay at 2 The Elms for your next picture-perfect holiday. 2 The Elms is a lovely property with a lot of potential. Warm, cosy and a super comfortable bed in the main bedroom.
