Ivy House, a cottage over three floors, consists of an open-plan living space with double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker, dining seating for six people, Smart TV, and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor super-king-size with en-suite bathroom and two king-sizes, serviced by a shower room with music system. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture and off-road parking on a first-come, first-served basis, with a chargeable public car park nearby. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Enjoy a memorable escape to County Borough at Ivy House.

Thank you for providing a comfortable stay. It has been amazing. Location is 5 star super convenient - you will be living next to shops, sightseeing spots and restaurants and therefore at the same time you would expect it won't be a very quiet stay as this is right behind the high street and a bar. I particularly appreciate the frying pans and cooking utensils are well kept in excellent condition.

Great location , however parking was our only niggle , but we just worked round it and parked in the near by ...

The property in general was good, everything was accurate apart from we had no WIFI as stated. I did enquire to Sykes cottages on the app and had no response from them at all so this has been a big let down and will not use them again. The property itself was lovely and clean, in a good location but...
