31 Wharfside Village is a delightful house boasting stunning sea views in the heart of Penzance, Cornwall.
With designated off-road parking, this charming retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a coastal escape, offering easy access to the vibrant local attractions and picturesque seaside landscapes.
Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by an open-plan living area, where you can unwind on the plush seating and catch up on your favourite shows on the Smart TV. The kitchen area is fully-equipped with a double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, along with a kettle, coffee pod machine and toaster for your morning brew.
The dining area offers seating for four, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals together.
For convenience, a cloakroom with a basin, WC, heated towel rail, and washing machine is also available on this floor.
As the day draws to a close, retire to one of the two inviting bedrooms.
The first is a twin that can be requested to a super-king-size on request, offering flexibility for your sleeping arrangements.
The second is a king-size room, featuring an en-suite with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC, providing a private space to prepare for each day. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, pub in 0.2 miles, coast in 0.3 miles, and river in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Return year after year to 31 Wharfside Village. Property is accessed via stairs - please consider when booking if you have limited mobility.

We cannot fault the layout or furnishings of the apartment. A good view, if you ignore the unsightly surrounding properties. It is close to the harbour with plenty of places to eat nearby. Try not to be put off by the poorly maintained and painted car park and be aware of two flights of stairs up to the Village. The lift to the second floor was not working when we arrived.

The flat was great, it had everything in it and we loved the two upstairs bathrooms! Location was really good with shops, restaurants and the train station only very short walks away.
