The living areas of this property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and a living/dining room with a TV and dining space for two. There is a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn and furniture and parking is a short walk from the property. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 2 miles you will find a river, and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Escape to the Isle of Weight with a stay at Castle Cottage.
