There is also a ground-floor sitting room. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor double with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, WC, balcony and TV, a ground-floor double with TV, and a second-floor twin with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. There is also a ground-floor bathroom with a bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a patio and furniture, as well as an enclosed front garden with a patio and lawn, and off-road parking for 2 cars. Central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets. Sorry, no smoking.
