Life here moves at a slower pace, perfect for those seeking peace, long walks, and sunny days. Just a few minutes away lies the heart of Grado, known as the “Island of the Sun”: a historic seaside destination famous for its sandy equipped beaches, calm and clean waters, and thermal spas that attract visitors all year round.
The charming old town is a maze of Venetian-style alleys and squares, filled with seafood restaurants, wine bars, and traditional shops. From a natural point of view, Grado is surrounded by a stunning lagoon, which can be explored by boat or by bike, offering unforgettable sunset views.
Sports lovers will find cycle paths, water sports, and golf courses nearby. The location is also strategic: within less than an hour you can reach art cities like Trieste and Aquileia (UNESCO World Heritage Site), as well as many Friulian villages and renowned wineries. Grado combines sea, culture, nature, and wellness: a perfect destination for those who want to enjoy an authentic and complete experience in Friuli Venezia Giulia. To comfortably reach the accommodation and fully enjoy the main attractions of the area, we recommend using a car; one can be rented directly at the airport or in the main nearby cities. If you are traveling by car, an uncovered parking space is available within the property. From Trieste Airport, you can take the bus to the stop “GRADO viale Orsa Maggiore 51 (Pineta centro)”, located about a 3-minute walk from the property. From the Cervignano-Aquileia-Grado railway station, you can take the E59 bus line to the stop “GRADO piazza Vittore Carpaccio (bus station)”, where you can transfer to the E21 bus to the stop “GRADO viale Orsa Maggiore 48 (Pineta centro)”, just a 2-minute walk from the property.

It was clean, had a beautiful little garden for a meal in fresh air in the morning and afternoon, had a comfortable kitchen, an outside shower, and a good location in general. You felt like a local while still being close to supermarkets and the beach.

Nice cosy apartment, partially North-facing, with a shaded parking space, so cool in the heatwave, 10 minute walk from the sea front in a quiet neighbourhood. Appreciated the well-equipped kitchen (but a proper teapot would have been nice), the ample wardrobes and white sheets in the bedrooms as well as a very large balcony. Given the sort of stay, the 10.00 am check-out time was too early.
Všetko vybavenie tam je a je tam super záhradná sprcha.

Cítil som sa ako doma😀
Chýbajúca klimatizácia alebo lepší ventilátor .
