The Cocoon/Bookandpay agency offers this charming duplex for rent in Saint-Martin-de-Ré, less than 500 m from the beach, with a shared swimming pool, a surface area of 45 m², and room for up to 4 guests.
Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely living room, an open-plan kitchenette, a sleeping area, and a bathroom (with shower).
Wi-Fi and sheets are included.
We are waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area, and open kitchenette equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and more.
Upstairs: - A sleeping area with one double bed (5'3“ x 6'3”) that can be separated into two single beds - A bathroom with shower and toilet Outside: - A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from April to September 30th.
There is also a separate paddling pool for children. (Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions.) The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Martin-de-Ré, 500 m from the sea and the town center, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities: - Visit the town of Saint-Martin-de-Ré - Bois-Plage-en-Ré beach - La Baleine lighthouse and its salt marshes - Vauban fortifications/citadel: the ramparts of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, designed by Vauban and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site - Bell tower-observatory: climb to the top of the bell tower to enjoy a splendid panorama of the fortified city - Ernest-Cognacq Museum: located in the Hôtel de Clerjotte, this French museum traces the local history - Port and covered market: the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré is ideal for strolling, watching the boats and discovering typical shops - Boat trips and cruises - Excursions on the Île de Ré Transport: If you choose to come by car, there are two parking spaces available in the basement of the residence. (Standard-sized vehicles; if you have a large-engined vehicle, only one vehicle will fit.) For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest train station: La Rochelle - Jean-Baptiste-Ledeuil, 28 miles away - Nearest airport: La Rochelle – Île-de-Ré (LRH), 27 km away To reach Saint-Martin-de-Ré from La Rochelle, you must cross the Île de Ré bridge.
