Cocoonr is offering this charming duplex for rent in Saint-Martin-de-Ré, less than 500 metres from the beach, with a shared swimming pool.
It measures 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchenette, a sleeping area and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi and bed linen are provided – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living area with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area and an open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… Upstairs: - A sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×190) which can be separated into two single beds - A bathroom with shower and toilet Outside: - A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from April to 30 September.
There is also a children’s paddling pool separate from the main pool. (Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions.) The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Martin-de-Ré, 500 m from the sea and the town centre, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Things to do: - Explore the town of Saint-Martin-de-Ré - Bois-Plage-en-Ré beach - The Baleine lighthouse and its salt marshes - Vauban’s fortifications / Citadel: the ramparts of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, designed by Vauban and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site - Bell Tower Observatory: climb to the top of the bell tower to enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the fortified town - Ernest-Cognacq Museum: situated in the Hôtel de Clerjotte, this ‘Musée de France’ traces the local history - Harbour and covered market: the harbour of Saint-Martin-de-Ré is ideal for a leisurely stroll, watching the boats and exploring traditional shops - Boat trips and cruises - Excursions on the Île de Ré Transport: If you choose to come by car, there are two parking spaces available in the residence’s underground car park. (Standard-sized vehicles only; if your car is a large-engined model, only one vehicle will fit) As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: La Rochelle – Jean-Baptiste-Ledeuil, 45 km away - Nearest airport: La Rochelle – Île-de-Ré (LRH), 27 km away To get to Saint-Martin-de-Ré from La Rochelle, you’ll need to cross the Île de Ré bridge. Appartement très joli , tout neuf et très bien situé .Idéal pour deux , équipé pour 4 , sur un séjour de 5/6 jour c’est idéal , plus serait peu pratique .Par malchance , les bip du garage ne fonctionnaient plus lors de notre séjour , il a fallu gérer manuellement ce qui a été contraignant.
