Welcome to your Beach Suite at Bahia Beach Sleeping Area - Studio layout with 2 plush queen beds (sleeps 4 comfortably) - Full bathroom with shower/tub combo, fresh towels, and starter toiletries - Private patio with peaceful water views—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks Kitchenette & Dining - Granite countertop, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker - Basic cookware for light meals and snacks - Dining table for 4 with water views Entertainment & Essentials - Smart TV with streaming apps (just log in!) - High-speed Wi-Fi - Closet space, fan, and storage for beach gear - Iron, hair dryer, and extra linens provided *** The coin-operated laundry is downstairs like an "open room." Pets - We’re sorry, but this home is not pet-friendly Beach & Resort Perks - Minutes from the beach, pool, gym (located in the clubhouse), BBQ grills, tennis, playground, and more - Beach towels, chairs, and cooler provided so you can pack light - Two waterfront restaurants within walking distance - Fishing dock and marina nearby PLEASE NOTE: There is NO parking available for jet skis or boats. The beach is calling, so unwind, explore, and make memories at Bahia Beach today! Because we’re right on the water, you may occasionally notice a natural sea smell.
It’s just part of the coastal charm! This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common.
We treat regularly, and while we don’t issue refunds for pests, we’re always happy to assist if needed. The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7. Unfortunately, it can’t be switched off from inside the unit. Pool Fob Reminder: Before checking out, please take a quick photo of the pool fob returned where you last found them in the unit. If the fob is lost or not returned, a $75 replacement fee will be charged to guests. ⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay.
Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine. The home is regularly treated for pests.
However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation.
Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings. ️️Florida Weather & Property Disclaimer Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units. While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues.
As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances. Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability.
Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: ️Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed.
If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible.
Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them.
If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability. Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance to confirm. ✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND.
If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed. Everything in the resort is walkable.
For exploring Tampa, Bradenton, or nearby dining, a car is recommended.
