The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming, air-conditioned house for rent in the commune of Régusse.
With a surface area of 118 m², it can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a lovely 49 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of approximately 2,500 m².
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 49 m² living room with sofas, TV, fireplace (wood provided), dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200) - A room with a sofa - A shower room with shower, toilet and washing machine - A bathroom with bathtub - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha grill, raclette/pierrade appliance, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A private, enclosed garden with an electric gate, covering 2,500 m² and facing south.
You will have access to garden furniture, a ping pong table and a hammock under the trees to enjoy sunny days. - A 23 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and a plancha grill for outdoor dining.
The house is ideally located in Régusse, in a very pleasant environment.
You will have access to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets and more.
Activities: - The lakes in the region, notably Lake Esparon, Lake Quinson and Lake Sainte Croix for swimming, paddleboarding or relaxing on wild beaches. - The Gorges du Verdon: canoeing, kayaking, pedalos, hiking. - Outdoor activities: mountain biking, tree climbing, horse riding, via ferrata and rock climbing are available in the region.
Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
It can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Aix-en-Provence train station is 1 hour 15 minutes away (83 km) - Marseille-Provence Airport is 1 hour 30 minutes away (105 km) Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are included. - The fireplace is functional, and wood is provided free of charge. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use. - Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
