The apartment leaves nothing to be desired! Modern design, dark country house laminate, flat-screen TVs in the living and bedrooms, wellness bathrooms, high-quality furnishings, as well as a west-facing terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun.
All furnishings have been selected by a Sylt interior designer.
Thus, all furniture pieces create a harmonious overall picture, the main theme of which is the colors white and sand.
The color scheme is further complemented by the dark flooring.
Despite the emphasis on modern design, the equipment promises a perfect approach to the typical Sylt country house style.
On the ground floor, there is an open living and dining area with a high-quality, modern kitchen.
This is equipped with the following electrical appliances: 4-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a white wooden table and three chairs.
In the living area, you will find a sofa with a relaxation function, an armchair, and a coffee table.
The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
The bedroom includes a double bed measuring 1.60m x 2m, as well as a flat-screen TV.
The apartment offers a free Wi-Fi connection if needed.
The quiet residential area of the holiday apartment Julian is especially favored by guests and locals from Sylt.
The neighborhood is characterized by detached single-family homes with gardens.
Of course, your holiday apartment has its own parking space close to the entrance of the property.
Pets are also welcome to join us for a fee (1st pet free).
Prohibited pets are: Newfoundlanders, Bullmastiffs, and fighting dogs Key handover: The key to the holiday accommodation is located in the key box to the right of the front door.
Shortly before arrival or after full payment of the travel price, you will receive the code for the key safe by email.
Note on the guest card/tourist tax: The local tourist tax is not included in the rental price and will be charged separately by your host.
Payment conditions: Please transfer a deposit of 20% within 7 days of booking.
The remaining payment is due 8 days before arrival.
