Located in Murat-le-Quaire, this pretty house, adjoining the owner's house, welcomes you in a peaceful setting with a beautiful unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains.
Perfectly equipped for 6 people, the cottage offers warm and tasteful decor, ideal for feeling "at home." You'll enjoy a small private garden as well as two terraces for outdoor dining or relaxing in the fresh air.
In the heart of the Sancy Massif, this is the ideal starting point for exploring the region, with its hiking trails, spa resorts, and charming villages. A perfect place to simply recharge your batteries.

Accessible via a 10-step exterior staircase, the house is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- a living-dining room opening onto two terraces
- a kitchen
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed

On the first floor:
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a crib space
- a bedroom with two single beds

Outside, you'll enjoy a first terrace at the entrance of the house and a second at the rear with garden furniture, a shade sail, and a barbecue.
A small private sloping green space is also located on the side of the house.
The garage is reserved for skis/bicycles/motorcycles only - not accessible to cars. Two free parking spaces are available on the street directly in front of the cottage, and more are available on the sidewalk opposite.
Heating is included, up to 550 kWh per week thereafter, depending on consumption.
