Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The activation period and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

It is home to numerous green spaces, such as Parco Lambro and Bosco di Crescenzago, ideal for outdoor activities, sports, and relaxation. Furthermore, the M2 metro station (Crescenzago) is easily accessible on foot, allowing you to reach the city center in about 20-25 minutes.


From Milan Central Station, the property can be reached in about 20 minutes by first taking the MM2 subway to Crescenzago and continuing on foot for about 5 minutes.


From Milan Linate Airport, the property can be reached in about 50 minutes: simply take bus 144 to Milan Central Station and from there continue as indicated above.


From Milan Malpensa Airport, take one of the airport shuttle services to Milan Porta Garibaldi Station and continue on the MM2 subway to Crescenzago.
