The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house with mountain views and a swimming pool for rent in the town of Catllar. With a surface area of 2,000 square feet, it can accommodate up to 12 guests. It features a beautiful 45-square-foot living room, a fully equipped kitchen, six lovely bedrooms, and three bathrooms. A garden of approximately 360 m² completes this property. Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included: all that's missing is you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room with a lounge area (TV, sofa, armchairs, books, board games, wood-burning stove)
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A dining room
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- A laundry room (American fridge, washing machine, and dryer)
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- A games room: snooker and darts
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 5: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 6: with two single beds
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, baby equipment (high chair, cot), fan, paella kit for 12 people, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 7.5m x 4m private, unheated swimming pool, open from April to the end of October, equipped with an alarm
- A beautiful 360 m² enclosed private garden
- A south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- An outdoor kitchen
The house is ideally located in Catllar, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
Nature & walks:
- Hiking trails starting from the house into the surrounding countryside
- Discover Mont Canigou, the sacred mountain of the Catalans, ideal for nature lovers and hikers
- Natural hot springs just a few minutes' drive away, perfect for relaxing in the heart of nature
Sports activities:
- Mountain biking, hiking, climbing, canyoning in the Têt valley or nearby gorges
- Swimming in rivers in natural areas or in nearby lakes
- In summer, you can also reach the Mediterranean Sea in 45 minutes to enjoy the beaches
- In winter, you can reach the ski resorts in 1 hour
Leisure & discoveries:
- Visit the village of Eus, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France, just 5 minutes away
- Discover Villefranche-de-Conflent, a fortified medieval town listed by UNESCO, and its famous Yellow Train
- Local markets, wine producers, and small traditional restaurants for a gourmet experience
Wellness & relaxation:
- Several wellness centers and thermal spas in the region (Molitg-les-Bains, Vernet-les-Bains, etc.)
- The house is ideal for disconnecting, resting, or even organizing wellness retreats
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 4 vehicles).
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Prades-Molitg-les-Bains (about 5 minutes away)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes (about 50 minutes away)

- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €50/stay/one small pet. Please specify this when booking

- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied
