Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming apartment in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, with a sea view and less than a kilometer from the beach. It has a surface area of 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a residence with a golf course, it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Sheets and towels are included, so all we need is you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, corner sofa, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: one bunk bed (sleeps two)
- One bathroom (with shower) and toilet
Outside:
- A 40 m² terrace with sea view and furniture to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe station, about 33 minutes (29.4 km) by car
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne Airport, about 1 hour 19 minutes (96.8 km) by car
Other remarks:
- Sheets and towels included
- One dog or cat is allowed in the accommodation free of charge (one animal per stay)
- Elevator accessible via a few steps
- The terrace railing is not suitable for small children. Do not take them onto the terrace to avoid any risk of falling.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We thank you for leaving it in a clean condition and cleaning the appliances after use
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied
