The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you, in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming 40 m² flat with a sea view and less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift) of a residence with golf course, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Bed linen and towels included.

The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, corner sofa, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: bunk bed (sleeps two) - Shower room and WC Outside : - A 40 m² terrace with sea view and furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Lamballe station, about 33 minutes (29.4 km) by car. - Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport, about 1h19 (96.8 km) by car Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included -Free Wifi - A dog or cat is accepted free of charge in the accommodation (only one pet per stay) - Lift accessible by a few steps - The railing on the terrace is not suitable for small children.
To avoid any risk of falling, do not take them onto the terrace. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
