Ausonia is a charming two-room apartment that can accommodate three people. The apartment is located in Cattolica in Via Fiume; the only driveway that leads to the seafront. The house has a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen which is separated from the living area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The small balcony overlooks the evening stroll. Ausonia is the typical seaside apartment with blue colors and simple furnishings, ideal for your holidays full of freedom and informality.
The services included include
complete supply for the kitchen, Rekiko coffee machine with welcome kit, unlimited use of the washing machine, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, Smart TV in the living room. Available for information during your stay from 7am to 8pm. At booking time you are given the opportunity to ask for extra services including midweek cleaning service, linen rental and also parking space.
Heating with pay as you go. Private parking 300 meters from the apartment in Via Largo della Pace. Garage or affiliated car parks depending on availability with more parking available. Bicycles at the Hotel Oltremar in Via A. Costa 37 Cattolica (400 meters from the apartment). Better if by reservation as they are limited.. City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights
