Our Immenzauber apartment is located in a quiet, natural setting on the outskirts of Immenstaad - ideal for hikers, cyclists and families with children. Numerous cycling and hiking trails start right on the doorstep, leading through orchards, vineyards and along Lake Constance. The nearby lake with bathing facilities as well as playgrounds, a high ropes course and the "Aquastaad" adventure pool offer a variety of leisure activities for young and old. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Check-in and check-out regulation
About 4-5 days before arrival you will receive a digital guest folder with information about your stay. Please leave your e-mail address with your landlord in good time.

Differing cancellation conditions
Stornierungen bis 30 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei möglich, spätere Stornierungen werden mit 90% des Reisepreises berechnet.

Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Apartment und ist bei Anreise für Sie reserviert.


Die Kurtaxe beträgt in der Zeit von April-Oktober 3,50EUR je Person und Tag sowie in der Nebensaison von November-März 2,20EUR je Person und Tag und wird zusammen mit dem Wäschepaket (10EUR je Person und Aufenthalt) separat berechnet.
