## THE COTTAGE – Domaine du Flamand


Inside, you’ll find a spacious and inviting gîte, perfect for holidays with family or friends. The cozy living room with fireplace corner invites you to unwind, while the large open space includes a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, etc.).

The sleeping area includes three carefully decorated bedrooms
– Two double bedrooms, one with its own private ensuite bathroom

– One bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or additional guests

The main bathroom features a bathtub and a double vanity unit. The toilet is separate for added convenience.

Bed linen and towels are provided. A baby cot and high chair are also available upon request, at no extra charge.

Outside, enjoy a private fenced garden and large terrace with a dining table, sun loungers, parasol and a built-in barbecue — perfect for open-air meals or sunny afternoons surrounded by nature.

Bike rentals with on-site delivery are available, so you can freely explore the surrounding nature and coastline.

A €650 bank imprint will be requested as part of your stay.

This amount is neither charged nor held, and does not affect your card limit. Only a €8.10 service fee will apply.

Within 7 days after your departure, and provided the rental terms are respected and the property is returned in perfect condition, this hold will be automatically released, with no action required on your part.
