It has a 47 m² living room, two fully equipped kitchens, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 500 m².

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 47 m² living room with a double sofa bed, a piano and a pole dance bar - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob. 1st floor: - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room - Shower room with WC 2nd floor: - A living room with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining area and an open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x190) - A shower room with shower, WC and washing machine For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan.
Outside: - A beautiful 500 m² garden and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Villaines-les-Rochers, in very pleasant surroundings.
All essential shops are close by, as well as restaurants, a bar and a market...
Activities : - Musée & Espace Culturel Osier Vannerie - Fais-moi Cygne - Walks on the Loire - Discover the troglodyte village Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.

Hébergement spacieux et joli avec tout le nécessaire pour bien cuisiner et bien dormir. Nous avons aussi profité du piano. La grande pièce était froide le soir en ce début d'automne car le poêle était en panne. A part cela, tout était bien sauf la demande d'Abritel qui demande de payer 15 jours après la réservation alors que c'était fait puisque la carte bancaire enregistrée.
