With space for up to 6 guests, it features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a separate toilet, and a spacious terrace ideal for sharing meals or playing in the fresh air.
This three-story adjoined villa offers:
-Master bedroom (up stairs) one double bed, no blackout curtains. -Upstairs bedroom (up stairs) a double bed and a single bed recommended for a child in a semi loft. A comfortable sofa bed (135 cm) located downstairs, providing one additional sleeping space.
One full bathroom, equipped with essentials like gel, shampoo, towels, and a hairdryer. An additional toilet for convenience.
Fully equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine (some capsules provided), refrigerator with freezer, microwave, washing machine, vitroceramic hob, toaster, blender, and all necessary utensils.
A table with seating for four guests.
-Heating: Electric radiators throughout the villa. -100L water heater. While ample, consecutive long showers may deplete hot water temporarily.
Please note that the accommodation is not wheelchair accessible, and stairs are required to reach all rooms. The property is heated with electric radiators. In winter, indoor temperature is maintained at around 21ºC, with extra blankets available for your comfort.
One of the bedrooms does not have blackout curtains. You’ll get to wake up naturally with the morning light.
The upper room has an attic, be careful with your head! The seventh place is recommended for a child, it is a 90 bed that must be accessed by an interior staircase and the height is low.

Access to the A-8 highway makes day trips to cities like Oviedo or Llanes easy and convenient. The beach is located within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the sea and sand without needing a car.

- Private parking is available on the premises (2 cars max).
- Upon request, we can provide a baby crib and high chair. If you’re traveling with a baby, let us know in advance so we can prepare a crib and highchair for your stay.
- Note that being in a rural setting, occasional encounters with local insects are possible despite thorough cleaning. Being in a natural environment, the accommodation is always thoroughly cleaned, but you may occasionally encounter a curious little insect or two. Due to natural humidity, linens may sometimes feel cooler or slightly damp, this is normal in mountain settings.
- The water heater has a 100L capacity. It’s large enough for several showers, but keep in mind that long, back-to-back showers may temporarily exhaust it.
- There are no on-site trash bins. The nearest waste container is 600 meters away.
- A car is essential for shopping or getting around comfortably. we have a private parking space, but you can only take a maximum of two vehicles.

- Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
- The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
- Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay It is PROHIBITED for pets to relieve themselves freely on the premises. This will be penalized with a monetary fine.
- No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
- Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
- The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected. Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
- It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
- Damage to the following amenities will cost: 10 € small towels 20 € large towels 10 € sheets 30 € duvet cover In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros. The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros. Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
- The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve. We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
- We allow 2 cars per apartment in our parking lot, if you bring more than one park one in front of the other and not in parallel, to leave space for the others.
- It is forbidden to make fire or light the fireplace
- Respect the rest of your neighbors, do not make noise after 23h.
- Use the common areas and camping tables responsibly, they are shared.
- We are in a rural area, and we must be respectful, the nearest containers are at the exit to the road (you must take out the garbage there). You can not throw garbage or cigarette butts outside.

Lo único bueno que puede tener este lugar es el entorno y las vistas.
Problemas desde el primer momento con información engañosa en el anuncio. Malísima atención al cliente, no asumen ninguna responsabilidad. Limpieza e higiene que brilla por su ausencia. Jamás volvería y mucho menos con niños pequeños. Llevo años veraneando en el norte y es la primera vez que llego a un alojamiento y me quiero volver a mi casa. No lo recomendaría a nadie.
