We are offering this charming family home for rent in Dinard, in the highly sought-after Vicomté neighbourhood.
It has a floor area of 210 m² and can accommodate up to 14 guests. It is situated 400 metres from the nearest beach, two kilometres from Prieuré beach and just 150 metres from the coastal walk (GR34). The house was completely and tastefully renovated by an interior designer in 2025. The house is laid out as follows: Ground floor: Upon entering the house, there is a spacious and bright entrance hall. - It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, with a comfortable sofa seating four guests, two pouffes, a armchair, a rocking chair and two children’s chairs.
The living room is bright, with two floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a large south-west-facing terrace. A beautiful fitted and fully equipped kitchen, featuring in particular: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, an induction hob (3 rings), a Nespresso pod coffee machine and a filter coffee machine… In the kitchen, there is a dining table that can seat up to 10 guests. The dining area opens directly onto the living area. To the left of the staircase is a separate toilet, a bathroom with twin washbasins and a large walk-in shower. A bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) Another cosy, light-filled lounge/TV area (with floor-to-ceiling windows opening directly onto the garden). It features a large dining table (10 chairs, with space for up to 12 guests), a three-seater sofa, a two-seater bench, a Bluetooth speaker and a large TV. Above this room, a staircase leads to a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190) and a desk area ideal for working from home (seating two) and a chest of drawers. The first floor, accessible from the entrance hall, comprises four lovely bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room: A bedroom designed especially for children, featuring four single beds (one bunk bed with two sleeping spaces, one pull-out bed that unfolds into two single beds (90 × 190) with toys and books available. Two bedrooms with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed (180 x 200 cm) The beds are always made up as double beds.
Please specify when booking if you would prefer them to be made up as single beds. One bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm) One bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle (2 washbasins) One bathroom with a shower cubicle and toilet. A separate toilet. Baby equipment: A travel cot and a high chair (additional equipment can be hired on request from the Cocoonr agency). In the basement: You can enjoy a magnificent games room with an ‘Irish pub’-inspired atmosphere, equipped with a pool table, darts and table football. Relax and socialise on the sofa, with extra seating and the lovely wooden bar. Adjacent to this room, you’ll find a room with a table tennis table. A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a sink, an ironing board and an iron. An additional fridge. Outside: - A beautiful, enclosed and secure garden of 1,000 m², shaded and tree-lined (there are 13 steps leading up to the terrace). - A lovely south-west-facing terrace with garden furniture (4 sun loungers, an outdoor dining table and garden seating). - A trampoline - A magnificent cherry tree under which you can relax in the shade. - An electric griddle and a barbecue (charcoal not provided; the cleaning fee does not cover cleaning of the barbecue, which must be left clean and ready for use). Designed for family life or a holiday with friends, it is above all the space, the light and the high-quality materials that have guided the owners’ design choices.

This residential area is quiet and pleasant.
You are just 150 metres from the first access point to the coastal walk (GR34), offering magnificent views of the Saint-Servan neighbourhood, the dam and the mouth of the Rance. Also 150 metres away is the traditional restaurant “La Fourchette”. Dinard’s town centre, “Les Halles – Place du Marché”, is 3 km away by car and a 40-minute walk if you decide to go on foot via the superb and renowned Clair de Lune walk. The nearest beach is a small cove situated 400 metres’ walk from the house. To reach “La Plage du Prieuré” – which offers the most beautiful view of Saint-Malo – you can walk there via the rampart walk or along the road.

There is also a mini-golf course, the magnificent Parc du Port Breton and a children’s playground. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s courtyard (maximum 3 vehicles, though on-street parking is free). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo, 15 km - Nearest airport: Rennes, 80 km. Other notes: - 4* hotel-quality bed linen and towels included / your beds will be made up on arrival. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - The fireplace is not in working order. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use, particularly the plancha and the barbecue - Use of the trampoline and the games in the games room must be supervised by adults. - Self-check-in is available; please select this option when booking - Garden maintenance: external contractors carry out regular maintenance of the garden independently.

Beau jardin et belle terrasse Literie de bonne qualité
Barbecue inutilisable dommage et manque un peu de vaisselle grands plats et grande marmite pour cuisiner pour 12 personnes et frigo pas très grand pour 12 mais un autre frigo au sous sol .

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It’s exactly as described and matches the pictures. Very spacious, with plenty to do, a private location surrounded by beautiful nature and stunning cliff path walks. We’ll definitely be coming back again!
