FLAT RATE OF CHARGES OF 40€/week FROM OCTOBER to MAY.
Garden furniture and barbecue.
Electric heating.
Cot type umbrella.
Washing machine.
Correct condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, animal supplement (only 1 small dog allowed), security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
