Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 23 m² living room with a TV - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Four bedrooms with four double beds (140×190) - Two bathrooms, each with a shower, and one with a bath as well. - A separate toilet and a toilet within one of the bathrooms For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional appliances: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. Outside: - 2 balconies to enjoy the fine weather The flat is ideally situated in Rennes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s garage and private car park. L’emplacement, la propreté de l’immeuble et un stationnement en sous-sol sol
Nous avons dû demander des ajouts de vaisselle car pas suffisant par rapport à la capacité d’accueil.
Un radiateur HS dans une chambre, remplacé par un petit soufflant électrique
Pas vraiment pratique pour dormir et très limite
Isolation des fenêtres, nécessiterait d’être corrigé

Séjour très agréable. Le logement était très propre, calme et chaleureux, avec une super vue.
Emplacement idéal : beaucoup d’endroits accessibles à pied, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Je recommande sans hésiter.
