The sleeping area consists of 2 bedroom with a double bed each and independent access.

The house is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and dryer.

The house is entirely at your disposal, and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or just passing through to visit the city. Please take care of it — you are welcome!

This accommodation is located at 21 Via del Pimpinnacolo. The agriturismo consists of two separate buildings.

Addendum to the Rules – Pet Policy

The Agriturismo gladly accepts guests with their pets under the following conditions:

1-Pets must not access armchairs, beds, sofas, or any other furniture surfaces where pet hair could stick.

2-Pets must be well socialized and must not cause discomfort — or even worse, danger — to other guests, neither in the common areas of the property nor in the private areas assigned to the respective guests during their stay.

3-Pets cannot be left unattended on the premises. . City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights
