The property has a massive external area with a huge garden and a private pool, surrounded by outdoor furnitures such as hammocks and sunbeds. You can even enjoy the beautiful terrace which is equipped with table and chairs for open air dining, and from where of course you will be delighted by a wonderful sea view. The property has also a cousy kitchen and a finely decorated living/dining room. A security deposit of 500.00 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages. - Children welcome - It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo - No safety fence around the pool - Pets not allowed - Pool has no swimming guard - Smoking is not allowed inside the house - The house must be returned in the same condition of check in.
