The Secret Garden – Eco Hideaway in Northern Lanzarote
The Secret Garden is a peaceful eco-retreat set in the quiet countryside of northern Lanzarote. Surrounded by open landscapes, sea views, and volcanic scenery, it offers a calm, nature-immersed escape just a short drive from unspoiled beaches and charming local villages.
Wake up to birdsong, enjoy ocean breezes, and stargaze at night — this is a place to slow down, disconnect, and experience Lanzarote’s natural beauty in its purest form.
🏡 Accommodation
Private cabin powered entirely by solar energy
Rustic, minimalist design focused on comfort and simplicity
Cosy bed with storage space, shelves, and hangers
Small outdoor kitchen with hob, fridge, basic utensils, and coffee maker
Unique outdoor shower heated by the sun
Access to shared garden spaces, a shaded picnic table, and a chill-out area with sea views
📍 Location
Set in a quiet rural area, about 1 km from the nearest village
2 km from the closest bus stop
A peaceful base for exploring the north of the island, including natural pools, walking trails, local markets, and untouched beaches
Ideal for travellers who prefer authentic, off-the-beaten-path experiences
💡 Things to Know
This is eco-living: energy is limited to low-consumption devices
Hot water comes from solar power, so it’s best during sunny hours
Not suitable for high-energy appliances like hairdryers or electric vehicle charging
The cabin is compact and best suited for guests who pack light
Expect a rustic, glamping-style experience rather than hotel-style luxury
🌿 Perfect For
Nature lovers, couples, solo travellers, minimalists, digital nomads, and anyone seeking peace, simplicity, and a sustainable stay surrounded by nature.
