Beatiful holiday villa with pool is located in Savudrija in the upper part of Croatia on so-called Savudrija Riviera.
The villa has a living space of 200 m2 and these are distributed on three floors (groundfloor, first and second floor).
Ground floor area with the private yard and two floors consists of a spacious area with a kitchen, dining area and living room which is connected to the yard, and has a beautiful view of the pool.
Three bedrooms with separate bathrooms are on the first and second floors. The roof of the villa offers a beautiful view of the surroundings and the sea, an ideal space for sunbathing and enjoying the view.
Private outside area with a pool, has also a furnished terrace with grill and summer kitchen. In front of the villa there is a private parking space.
Villa is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
Short walk of a few minutes to the sea. Nearest sandy beach is only 100 m away.

Savudrija is a small tourist village, an oasis for campers and tourists who like to stay in private accommodation, located 6 km from the city of Umag. Umag is a modern tourist centre, ideal place for healthy and active holidays, with numerous possibilities of sporting recreation: from diving, sailing, biking, hiking, horse-riding to beach volley and tennis. Top-level ATP tennis tournament - Croatian Open takes place in Umag every year. The old town situated on the peninsula is very attractive, with the net of narrow little streets, cafes and small restaurants. Small, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort, in the north-western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 30 km north from Porec, 60 km north from Rovinj, 93 km north from Pula. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.
