The apartment "Perle de Savoie A103" is a new, luxury property, which stands out for its modernity and the comfort it provides to its occupants.
Composed of two large bedrooms with double beds and two others with three single beds, this 113m² holiday rental will be perfect for families or friends in the mountains.
The harmony between tradition and contemporary is inherent in the neutral and modern furnishings and the alpine style of decoration.
This play of textures and colours gives this luxury flat a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The "Perle de Savoie" residence offers one of the best locations in the resort: 300m from the village centre and the church square and about 500m from the Super-Châtel ski lifts. You will have easy access to the shops and to all the activities that the resort offers.
You can enjoy a real mountain holiday without the need to take your car. This newly built residence also offers magnificent views of the Abondance valley and the surrounding mountains, and plenty of sunshine. OPTIONS • Final cleaning: included in the price.
The final cleaning does not include the kitchen, the dishes and the garbage; a supplement of 80€ will be charged to the tenants in case this is not respected. • Linen: included (sheets and towels). • Beds made on arrival: included. • Cancellation insurance: optional at a rate of 4% of the rent. • Châtel Multipass 2026 Activities/Outings/Culture/Sport/Family in Summer: optional for €4 per person per day. INFORMATION • Snow tyres / chains are required during the winter season. • Two closed garages. • Private ski locker. • Tourist tax : in addition, 2.60€ per night and per adult (from 18 years old). To be paid on arrival. • Animals: not allowed. • Deposit : 2000€

Super appartement pour y séjourner en famille, chacun a son espace et sa salle de bain.Pas trop loin du centre mais les poubelles au sein de la résidence auraient été appréciées.Enfin location recommandée.
