This spacious 150 m2 house offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests.
It features three bedrooms – one on the ground floor and two on the upper floor – making it ideal for families or groups of friends. There are three bathrooms, as well as a separate laundry room with a washing machine.
On the second floor, guests can enjoy a flat rooftop terrace with stunning sea views. The ground floor includes a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the pool, beach area, and outdoor kitchen.
A barbecue is available in the garden, and there is ample parking space for several vehicles. The house is fully air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi, and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Ravna Dolina offers the perfect balance of peace and nature, while still being close to restaurants, vineyards, and local attractions. Nearby, guests can enjoy a golf course, tennis courts, and a variety of water sports. Savudrija is also a great starting point for exploring Istria, including towns like Umag, Motovun, Grožnjan, and the coast.
