Cocoonr is offering this charming holiday home for rent in Pénestin, just 200 metres from the beach.
It has a floor area of 95 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Need more space? You can also rent the ‘Ti Ruz’ property at the same time, which sleeps 4 guests. The property is laid out as follows: - A 15 m² living room with sofas - Dining room - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) - A bathroom with shower and toilet - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A beautiful, enclosed garden of 1,000 m² - A 35 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days (currently being finished) The house is ideally situated in Pénestin, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Activities: - A range of seaside activities - Walking trails Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s shared car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Questembert station, about 30 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique Airport, about 1 hour’s drive away Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). L'absence de WIFI était indiquée mais pas l'absence de captation TNT pour le téléviseur.Le mitigeur de la deuxième salle de douche ne fonctionne pas (eau brulante ou froide).Absence d'interrupteurs pour les lumières dans certaines pièces.Porte
