Simple and comfortable independent apartment in terraced houses of about 65 square meters, able to accommodate up to 4 people, on the ground floor with a step to access the interior.
The property is located in Torre dei Corsari, a charming seaside resort located on the Costa Verde, in south-western Sardinia.
The accommodation consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a splendid veranda.
The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with full kitchen, dining table, sofa, TV;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe;
- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and washing machine.
The external space is organized as follows:
- VERANDA (about 16 m2) with dining table, outdoor furniture;
- BBQ and outdoor shower with cold water
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket wifi MAXIMUM 300 GIGA/MONTH; fans, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.
ATTENTION:
- The fireplace is a piece of furniture and CANNOT be used.

Overlooking the Sea of Sardinia, the property is immersed in an uncontaminated landscape of rare beauty and is perfect for those who want a stay dedicated to relaxation and contact with nature. The sea, clear and sometimes rough, is ideal for those who love swimming, snorkeling or surfing, with sandy seabeds that slope rapidly.
The beach, about 2 km long, is perfect for sunbathing or walking at sunset, while the dunes, among the highest in Europe, offer breathtaking views of the coast and the hills of the hinterland. Recommended activities include: excursions among the dunes, snorkeling along the rocky stretches of the coast, visits to Arbus and the historic mines of Montevecchio, as well as day trips to places such as Piscinas and Capo Pecora, ideal for exploring the most authentic and wild side of Sardinia. To easily reach the house, and comfortably enjoy all the main attractions of the area, we recommend using a car. You can rent one directly at the airport or in the main nearby cities. Die Unterkunft war sauber, groß und komfortabel. Uns hat die Lage gut gefallen und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!
Wir hatten einmal eine Frage wegen des WLANs, worauf wir keine Antwort bekommen haben, was aber auch kein großes Problem war :)

Tenia lo necesario para cocinar
Por la zona sitio bien ubicado para desconectar de la ciudad. Ya que el pueblo mas próximo ataja como a 49 minutos.
La zona se sentía segura
No me gusta que faltaba más limpieza. Sobre todo lás dos camas pequeñas era un asco como estaban de pelo( diría que de perros ) mia niñas no puedo wo em dormir ahi . Suerte que lleve colchones hínchables..

La casa ha un gran potenziale ma necessita di qualche aggiornamento per renderla top, ad esempio avere più prese di corrente nella seconda stanza.
Abbiamo fatto presente una serie di consigli e speriamo che vengano presi in considerazione per rendere la casa veramente bella come sarebbe giusto che sia.
