The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 15 m² living room with a TV, sofa bed, dining area and open-plan fitted kitchen, including: an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: 1 single bed and 1 loft bed - A shower room - A separate toilet Outdoors: - A 15 m² covered south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days - Shared swimming pool within the residential complex, heated and open from late April to October The chalet is ideally situated in Solliès-Toucas, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Swimming pool, sports grounds and children’s play area within the residential complex - Hiking in the Sainte-Baume and Sainte-Victoire mountains - Swimming in the river (the Gapeau) just a few minutes away - Canoeing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding or boat trips on the Argens or the Gapeau - Horse riding at local equestrian centres - Tree-top adventure courses and adventure trails (in La Valette or Solliès-Pont) - Visits to the hilltop villages of the Var (Solliès-Ville, Cuers, Belgentier…) - Explore Toulon (15–20 mins): Mont Faron cable car, the Naval Museum, beaches, Provençal market - Mourillon beaches in Toulon (around 25 mins) - Valgarde Golf Club or other golf courses within a 20–30-minute radius - Provençal markets in the surrounding villages (Solliès-Toucas, Solliès-Pont, etc.) - Visits to wine estates and tastings of Provençal wines - La Londe-les-Maures Wildlife Park (approx. 30–40 mins) - Trips to the Îles d’Or (Porquerolles, Port-Cros) from Hyères (45 mins) Transport: If you choose to come by car, there is a car park 100 metres from the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Solliès-Pont TER station: a 10-minute drive away, with services to Toulon, Marseille, Nice… - Toulon TGV station: about 20 minutes by car - Quick access to the motorway: just a few minutes away (A57, Solliès-Toucas exit) - Nearby bus stop: regular services to neighbouring towns and Toulon - Marseille-Provence Airport (Marignane): approximately 1 hour 10 minutes by car Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). Super sejour, idéalement située. Le logement est bien équipé et la piscine est le grand point fort de cette residence. La vue du chalet etait magnifique. Nous recommandons ce lieu !
