Shearwater is a marvellous, reverse-level holiday abode perched in the popular village of Rhosneigr, Anglesey.
Built with care and vision, this eco-conscious retreat blends cutting-edge design with the timeless beauty of Anglesey’s landscape.
Sunlight pours through vast sliding doors, dancing across oak floors and warming the open-plan living space.

Step onto the south-facing balcony and you’re greeted by dreamy panorama views.
It’s a place for morning coffee kissed by sea breeze, or a glass of wine as the sun sinks behind the mountains.
Inside, every detail is crafted for comfort and calm.
Two serene bedrooms on the ground floor offer a place to rest those sleepy heads each night, while the elegant bathrooms and underfloor heating add a touch of quiet luxury.
The kitchen upstairs provides plenty of room for the designated chef of the group to get to work, fully equipped and ready for shared meals and laughter around the dining table.
Outside, a private garden invites lazy afternoons and barefoot moments.
And just beyond, a hidden path leads you to the beach, where you can catch the last of the sun with your loved ones on an evening walk.

Shearwater, a reverse-level home, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and wine chiller, a utility with washer/dryer, a dining area, and a sitting area with woodburning stove, TV, and south-facing balcony. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size and ground-floor twin, serviced by a shower room and bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a private rear garden with artificial lawn and gravel, and off-road parking for one car, plus additional roadside parking. EV charging available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.2 miles, beach 0.5 miles. Enjoy a holiday by the sea at Shearwater. Note: Due to the balcony and open tread staircase, no toddlers are allowed at this property. Please note there is a £10 per week extra charge for using the EV charger.

Overall a good stay, perfect location in a well equipped apartment, loved underfloor heating and bathroom/shower. Freezer was in need of de-frosting, oven and oven trays could have been cleaner. Update to instruction manual would be helpful. Need to know how to recycle rubbish correctly. General waste bin full and overflowing so brought home with us.

We absolutely loved our stay at Shearwater! The house was amazing, so much space and everything we needed. The extra bit in the bathroom were very helpful too! We will definitely be booking Shearwater again! Thank you!

Very nice property with good facilities, parking is very tight and only a small car can get in safely. The ajacent property would sometimes leave their vehicle protruding in to the shared driveway making the turn very tight. Groughting on tiles on bathroom floor missing and tiles uneven.
