Cocoonr is offering this charming studio for rent in Bray-Dunes, right by the beach.
It measures 32 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 5th floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living area, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom (with a bath). The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living area with a TV, sofa and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: an oven, toaster, hob, etc. - In the entrance hall: a bunk bed and a sleeping area with a double bed (140x190) - A bathroom with a bath and WC Outside: - A 2m² north-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days The studio is ideally situated in Bray-Dunes, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Activities: - Try sand yachting on the wide sandy beach, which is ideal for this activity thanks to its steady winds. - Make the most of the cycle paths and trails for bike rides or walks through the dunes and the nature reserve. - Have a go at kitesurfing or watch the kitesurfers glide between sea and sky on the beach. - Explore the surrounding area with a trip to Dunkirk or a day out in nearby Belgium. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s numbered parking space.
A car park is also available near the sailing school. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Dunkirk station, a 25-minute drive away - Nearest airport: Lille-Lesquin Airport, a 1 hour 20-minute drive away Other notes: - The property is entirely non-smoking. - Small pets are allowed free of charge in the property - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The rates shown are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
