The Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers this air-conditioned house with sea views for rent in La Plaine-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the beach, with a swimming pool, a surface area of 230 m², and accommodation for up to 8 guests. It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms with showers, and a garden of approximately 670 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor
- Entrance hall with cupboard and laundry room
- A room with indoor swimming pool and relaxation area
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) with glass roof and TV, and an en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be converted into a queen-size bed (160×200), TV, en-suite bathroom, and private terrace
- A sleeping area on the mezzanine with a queen-size bed (access via bedroom 2)
- A toilet
First floor
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and a south-facing terrace of approximately 10 m²
Second floor
- A 30 m² living room facing the sea with TV, armchairs, dining area, 3 terraces, and a veranda
Third floor
- Bedroom 3: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) with a bathroom with shower and toilet, a dressing room, and a balcony facing the sea
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 6 x 3 m indoor swimming pool heated all year round
- A 670 m² enclosed garden, facing east/west and north/south, with two garden lounges, a corner sofa, a small table, a sofa and armchairs, 2 deckchairs, and a terrace to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in La Plaine-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Beaches accessible in a few minutes: Cormier beach, Joalland beach, Port Giraud beach, Tharon beach
- Walks along the coastal path (GR34) offering superb panoramic views
- Shellfish gathering at low tide, a typical family activity
- Water sports: kitesurfing, sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking at La Gravette port
- Walks and picnics in Pointe Saint-Gildas Park
- Discover the local flora and fauna on the Prée trail
- Local markets with fresh produce and regional specialties
- Pornic town center 10 minutes away: castle, old port, shops, restaurants
- Thalassotherapy in Pornic for a moment of relaxation
- Pornic golf course 15 minutes away by car
- Visit the salt marshes of Millac
- Day trip to Noirmoutier or Île de Ré
- Bike rides on the many marked bike paths
- Discover the salt marshes of Guérande
Transportation:
You can park directly in the private outdoor parking lot, which can accommodate 4 cars, including a carport (electric car charging station).
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
– Nearest train station: Pornic train station, about 15 minutes by car
– Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique Airport, about 50 minutes by car
Other remarks:
- Sheets and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available
- A maximum of 2 small pets are allowed, for an additional fee of €15/stay. Please specify this when booking
- Air conditioning in the living room, in the bedroom with the glass roof, and in the master suite
- Please be careful with young children as there are several levels and stairs
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
