The Cocoonr∕Book&Pay agency is offering this holiday home for rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, just 50 metres from the beach.
It has a floor area of 170 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests.
It comprises a 33 m² living room with a fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen, six bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 860 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 33 m² living room with a TV and sofa - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas hob… - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with shower - A separate toilet with a washbasin nearby Upstairs: - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: 2 single beds and a bathroom (with washbasin) - Bedroom 4: 2 single beds and a bathroom (with washbasin) - Bedroom 5: 2 single beds and a washroom (with washbasin) - Bedroom 6: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a washroom (with washbasin) - One bathroom with a bath - One shower room - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A 900 m² enclosed garden, well sheltered from the wind and facing due south.
Equipped with a children’s climbing frame, a table tennis table, a garden shed and a small playhouse for the little ones. - A 44 m² wooden terrace, accessible from the living room and the ground-floor bedroom, with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally situated in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Beaches (Grande Plage) 50 metres away - The Sentier des Douaniers (GR34) for superb seaside walks - Water sports: sailing, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, scuba diving - Saint-Cast’s 18-hole seaside golf course - Water sports club offering courses for children and adults - Tennis, padel and pickleball lessons - Horse riding at the equestrian centre, 10 minutes’ drive away - Local market several times a week in season - Marina offering boat trips or fishing - Visits to Fort la Latte and Cap Fréhel nearby - Family activities: mini-golf, fairground rides, kids’ clubs in summer - Discover Breton cuisine: crêperies, seafood, markets Transport: If you choose to come by car, you’ll be able to park easily and free of charge on the street in front of the house As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Lamballe railway station (about 30 mins by car) – Paris–Brest TGV line and regional connections - Saint-Malo railway station (about 40 mins) – regional connections and TGV - Saint-Malo harbour (45 mins away) with ferries to England and the Channel Islands Other notes: - The fireplace is not in working order - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our partner on site). Situation vraiment au top, à 50m dd la grande plage de St cast le guildo
Nous étions 12 adultes, tout était ok ( il y avait même une grande théière) . Seul petit bémol : nous aurions aimé qu’il y ait 12 verres à pied, et avons trouvé le réfrigérateur un peu petit…mais ça ne nous a pas empêcher de bien profiter de notre séjour .
