The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 25 m² living area with a lounge, TV and dining table - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… - Two bedrooms with one double bed (140×190) and two single beds - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet - Two fans are available in the flat Outdoors: - A furnished balcony with a table and chairs, overlooking the park, perfect for enjoying sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, in a very pleasant setting, in a neighbourhood close to the town centre (5-minute walk) and the beach.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby. Activities Visits to Royan, Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, Talmont, the FA mill, Mortagne-sur-Gironde, La Palmyre Zoo, the Estuary Park, cycling, jet-skiing… Saint-Georges-de-Didonne beach, 150–200 m away Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private car park.
This is an underground parking space suitable for a medium-sized vehicle. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Bus to Royan, with a stop 5 minutes’ walk away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are allowed in the accommodation, free of charge.
A maximum of two small pets per stay (cats and dogs). End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

L'appartement est très bien situé proche du centre ville et de la plage.
la résidence est calme et propre.
