Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming flat in Nancy, 12 minutes' walk from Nancy thermal (1km), 8 minutes' walk from the Artem Campus and 4 minutes' walk from a Monoprix supermarket (at the end of the street, 300m).
Equipped with wifi (fibre optics), it is 60 m² in size and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It is on the 1st floor (no lift), and comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV and sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
The flat is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Nancy station 2.5 km away (10 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport 128 km away (2 hours by car)
