The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this 43 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Six-Fours-les-Plages, less than 5 minutes' walk from the beach, in a secure residence with swimming pool (accessible at extra cost) and janitor, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises a 30 m² living room, an open, fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).
The apartment is composed as follows
- A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Enclosed west-facing loggia with dining area and sofa.
- Bedroom: double bed (140×190)
- Shower room and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A swimming pool (shared and heated) open from June 15 to September 15, with lifeguard.
The apartment is ideally located in Six-Fours-les-Plages, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away
- Scuba diving, kayaking, paddle, jet-ski, towed buoys: Plage de la Coudoulière (5 min by car - 2.1 km), Plage des Charmettes (8 min by car - 3.8 km by car)
- Sentier du littoral (coastal path) approx. 15 min (7 km) by car
- Presqu'île du Gaou approx. 13 min (5.5 km) by car

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
Private parking is available for guests at the estate. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are free of charge.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Sanary ollioule station approx. 15 min by car and La Seyne - Six-Fours station approx. 19 min (8 km) by car.
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères airport, about 42 min (38.2 km) by car.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Access to shared pool at extra charge. All children bathing in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future guests. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean appliances after use.
