A traditionally stone-built villa located in a quiet area of the village of Deià, Sa Tanca is a private and beautifully furnished 4-bedroom home with outstanding views over the rooftops, the church, the mountains, and the Mediterranean Sea. Set just above the iconic La Residencia Hotel, the property enjoys complete tranquility while being just a short walk from the heart of the village.
The property
Combining traditional Mallorcan architecture with modern comfort, the house is built in classic finca style and spread over two floors. The ground level features a double-height entrance hall leading into open-plan living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV lounge, and access to a loggia and central courtyard. All living areas open onto the garden and terraces through French doors, bringing in light and views throughout the day.
The interiors are airy and thoughtfully styled, blending handcrafted furnishings with contemporary touches and original artworks. Beamed ceilings, white walls, and oak furniture create a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
Location & distances
Sa Tanca is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, hidden from traffic and tourists, directly above La Residencia. All of Deià’s restaurants, shops, and boutiques are just a short walk away. The property offers easy access to the surrounding mountains, scenic walks, and the beach coves nearby. Parking is available in a double garage and space for 2–3 more cars.
Booking information
The pool (4 x 8m) can be heated in low season at an additional charge. Maid service is provided weekly, with a mid-week clean included during high season. Additional housekeeping is available on request. Gardening and pool maintenance are included. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Bath and pool towels are provided for guest use.
