Welcome to Residence Devachan, an apartment located in the Castle surrounded by a beautiful park. 50 sqm apartment on the first floor, equipped with a lift and able to accommodate up to three people. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom plus a single bed and bathroom. Both rooms have access to the terrace overlooking the park and a glimpse of the sea.
A shared swimming pool and private garage for medium-sized cars are available.

The internal space is organized as follows
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, television, dining table, access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM with double bed and a single bed, bed linen, towels, wardrobe, access to the terrace;
- KITCHENETTE adjoins the living room, with gas hob (2 burners), a small fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, kettle, traditional moka coffee maker, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils, washing machine;
- BATHROOM with sink, bathtub, toilet, bidet, hairdryer;
- BALCONY furnished with table and chairs and awnings.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wifi throughout the property, hot water, central heating, drying rack, washing machine, bed linen, toilet paper, iron and ironing board.
ATTENTION
- To access the property there are 6 steps before reaching the building. It is possible to avoid the steps by arriving from the private parking;
- The apartment does NOT have air conditioning;
- The swimming pool is shared with the condominium open from 15/6 to 15/9;
- Wearing a swim cap is mandatory to access the pool;
- Private parking, which accommodates medium-sized cars.
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unforeseen events or clarifications we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 15 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Imperia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th.
