Cozy 50 sqm studio apartment, perfect for a stay of two people, located on the first floor of a building with elevator (NOT suitable for disabled people).
The property is located in the San Zeno district, a few steps from the Museum and the majestic Castelvecchio Bridge, in a quiet, residential area full of services.
The proximity to the historic center allows you to easily reach, with a pleasant walk, all the main wonders that Verona has to offer. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine (in the anteroom), fan, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer. ATTENTION: Please note that any additional sheets or linens are available upon request and at an additional cost. PLEASE NOTE: - Please pay attention to the small step to access the building. 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Verona. This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Aloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy. You can find all the information on the official website ofalloggiotiweb.poliziadistato Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation. Verona Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22nd to April 7th The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling out an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by law. We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 11:30 pm. Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat war die Lautstärke früh morgens auf der Straße. Es sind viele laute Autos unterwegs gewesen wodurch ich schnell wach wurde. Abgesehen davon war alles super :)

El departamento es muy bonito y perfecto para dos personas. La ubicación es ideal para visitar la parte más poblada y luego volver a descansar. No cuenta con aire acondicionado como señala la descripción del lugar, nosotros no nos dimos cuenta que era algo muy necesario para el verano en Italia, lo que implicó incomodidad para dormir. Lo demás todo bien!

Our stay was very pleasant! The apartment is in a great location, close to a grocery store and a bus stop. It is well-equipped and we really enjoyed living there – it had everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing stay.
