- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower, WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A south-facing∕est 15.76 m² terrace to enjoy fine days with an unobstructed view of the plain and the sea.
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Juno Beach Centre: museum dedicated to Canada's role in the Second World War
- Courseulles-sur-Mer beach: large, sandy beach, ideal for swimming and walking.
