The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this 70 m² apartment for rent in Le Palais, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Located on the first floor (with lift), it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
We are waiting for you! Work is currently underway in the residence, which may cause noise disturbance during the day.
The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 28 m² living room with TV and corner sofa - An open-plan kitchen equipped with: toaster, electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A bedroom with two single beds (90×190) that can be pushed together - A bedroom with a king-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Outside: - A 15 m² south-east facing shaded balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days The flat is ideally located in Le Palais, in a pleasant environment.
You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities: - Located at the foot of the Citadelle VAUBAN, which overlooks the port, this 17th-century fortress now houses a museum tracing the history of the island, as well as a hotel and restaurant. - GR 340 – Tour de Belle-Île: An 80 km long-distance hiking trail around the island, with possible starting points from Le Palais - The nearest beach is about 1.7 km away.
Discover the beaches of Ramonette, Soldats, Castoul and Port-Fouquet, ideal for swimming and relaxing - Water sports: Enjoy sailing, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, diving and kayaking Transport: Buses can take you to the rest of the island to visit the port of Sauzon, the Pointe des Poulains, the Aiguilles du Port Coton (Bangor), and more.
You can also hire a car or electric bikes.
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the paid car parks at Quai Roussel.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - The nearest railway station is Auray, about 15 km from Quiberon.
From Auray, you can reach Quiberon by train or bus, then take a ferry to Le Palais.
The ferry crossing takes about 45 minutes. - The nearest airport is Lorient (LRT), 50 km from Quiberon, from where the ferry to Belle-Île-en-Mer departs.
Nantes (NTE), 120 km away, offers more flights; you can reach Quiberon by train to Auray, then by road.
Other remarks: - No Wi-Fi, internet connection is very difficult in the flat (better on the balcony) - Sheets and towels included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement.

Le calme et le confort de l'appartement très bien aménagé. Son emplacement au centre-ville. L'arrivée et le départ en autonomie facilités par un livret d'accueil très bien fait.
L'absence de connexion internet dont nous étions certes prévenus.
Le manque de quelques éléments dans la cuisine, notamment : une théière, une essoreuse à salade, un ouvre-boite à conserve.
