The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Cagnes-sur-Mer, just 200 metres from the beach, with a swimming pool.
It measures 23 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 19 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 19 m² living area with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area and a bunk bed - An open-plan fitted kitchen including: a microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - A shower room with shower and toilet Outdoors: - A communal swimming pool for the residence (unheated), open from 15 May until the end of September, weather permitting - An 8 m² south-facing balcony, furnished for enjoying sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Cagnes-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Things to do: - Visit the charming, hilltop artists’ village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. - Discover the luxury and iconic sights of Monaco, such as the Prince’s Palace and the Casino. - Stroll along the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, between the sea and the palm trees. - Swim in the natural coves of Antibes with their turquoise waters. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s numbered outdoor parking space.
Free and paid public car parks are also available nearby. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Cros-de-Cagnes station, a 15-minute walk away - Nearest airport: Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, a 10-minute drive away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets not allowed - The residence’s rules require guests to wear swimwear.
Shorts, T-shirts or other beachwear are not permitted. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff.
