Outside: - A 6.5m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Veyrier-du-Lac, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Hiking on Mont Veyrier, enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Annecy from the footpaths accessible from the village. - Swimming and paddling: Take advantage of the beach at Veyrier-du-Lac to swim or hire a paddle on the lake. - Visit the town of Annecy - Cycle the green route around Lake Annecy, ideal for all levels. - Visit the Château de Menthon-Saint-Bernard: explore this picturesque medieval castle.
