In just 15 minutes, you can walk to the beautiful beach of Playa la Rada, explore the charming Spanish streets, and stroll along the longest promenade in Southern Spain.
With 2,500 hours of sunshine per year, Southern Spain is a delightful place to be year-round. **The Space** Flower Gardens says it all; our beautiful newly-built apartment is decorated with references to the flower city of Estepona itself.
Enjoy all the conveniences that the apartment and complex have to offer.
The apartment features 2 spacious bedrooms, with a double bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom, both equipped with comfortable built-in wardrobes.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, complete with both a shower and a bathtub.
The living room is well thought out.
At the cozy round dining table, you can enjoy breakfast or dinner with 6 people.
The smart TV offers various channels as well as streaming services.
Take a seat in the lounge chair by the window and enjoy the stunning view of the Sierra Bermeja.
The sofa also converts into a bed, making the apartment available for 6 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a seating area, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher; the utility room contains a washing machine.
On the balcony, you can again enjoy the lovely view and relax in the lounge chairs. **The Complex** The complex also features a delightful communal pool in the inner garden, complete with a separate children's section and sunbathing area.
There's also a fun playground for kids.
