Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 67 m² flat for rent in Pornichet, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with sofas, TV, dining area and an open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1 and 2: double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior: - A 10m² west-facing balcony, with furniture to make the most of sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Pornichet, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities: - Hike the customs path (GR34) for spectacular coastal views. - Relax in a marine spa at Château des Tourelles for a unique thalassotherapy experience. - Take a bike ride between Pornichet and La Baule along the coast and pine trees. - Take a boat trip to the Evens islands for a wild and peaceful getaway.
Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's numbered parking space.
Public parking is also available opposite the flat (free for the first 2 hours).

Appt très lumineux et très bien équipé.Tres proche des magasins et du marché.Plage à 10m n max.On ne peut pas être déçu avec ce logement.Merci .
